I was very worried there may have been something terribly wrong with my car, and he assured me it would be fixed, and my car is still under warranty, and would be covered. He listened to me describe in detail what my car was doing, and knew immediately what was going on with it. He put me in a loaner car that same day so I could get to work, and kept in contact with me about the status of my car. He was so kind, and had me laughing by the end of the situation. Thank you, Spence! I really appreciate you! More

He drove it himself to see what was going on, then brought it over to the service bay, where they discovered I needed new tires. He recommended a few brands that will work with my budget and driving needs. I felt very welcomed and taken care of me, not hassled at all, Kris even noticed that I was close to needing an oil change, so offered to fit it into our visit! I would return to Infinity of KC in a heartbeat!! More

When negotiations started they had drawn me in with a 0% finance option. After two weeks they finally agreed on the price I offered only after 0% financing was gone. Fail one. Christmas Day, I had to work and found the car Dead in my garage. Infiniti had neglected to charge the battery after sitting on the show room floor for over a year. Fail two. The first rain in the car I realized the wiper blade on the drivers side was skipping and chattering. I asked them to look into it on my first oil change at the dealership. During that visit, blades were replaced to fix the problem. Two years later the blade still skips and chatters after being replaced and blamed for the problem every time I went to service the vehicle. Fail Three. One of the trips out to Kansas I had the cars tires rotated and an inspection done. They pulled the car up after and I drove away. About a half mile away I realized the undercarriage was dragging down the road. It was almost completely ripped apart from the car. Fail four. The dealerships response was they didn't lift the car and could get me cost on a new one. Can't really attach a new one when the old one is ripped out guys. I guess when a wheel is off its harder to see something like the undercarriage hanging on the ground. Not to mention, who doesn't look for leaks under a car when they do an inspection? After about 3 years I quit taking wiper blades as excuse to the chattering wiper. Long adjustment story short they were adjusted several times and never fixed. Then they blamed my car wash for impregnating the glass. The window was replaced and they still can't get the wiper blade to work right. Now they refuse to replace the wiper arm or do anything else. My opinion is the workmanship, and ability to diagnosis in the service department is subpar at best. Seems pretty obvious no one is taking the time or has any ethical pride in the work they are supplying customers. In the end the service manager Matt simply said, he was done with talking to me. My Owners Manual tells me to run Non Ethanol gas in this car and oil change with specialized nissan ester oil. This dealership will not even tell you these things when you buy the car. Worse still, the service department will use the wrong oil and not say word about it. Still love my car. Just want to share my experience and warn those who buy a Luxury at infiniti. Have it service somewhere else with competent technicians!! More

friendly and cost effective service department I serviced a 2011 Infiniti EX35 here during the year and quarter that I owned it and was very satisfied with the service overall, except for one issue I serviced a 2011 Infiniti EX35 here during the year and quarter that I owned it and was very satisfied with the service overall, except for one issue which I explain below. Normally you expect service folks to try and upsell stuff and get you to do maintenance that may not strictly be "needed" or recommended by the manufacturer. That was NOT the case here. They did not try to sell me on expensive synthetic oil or Nissan ester oil. They said that regular oil was just fine. Also, they dissuaded me from doing early maintenance on the 4 wheel drive system, saying that there really was no need to do the fluids earlier than the manual called for. Saved me a lot of money. It was really easy to make appointments here and they always had a free loaner for me even on small jobs. The free loaners they gave me were always really nice cars, usually nicer and more expensive than the car I was servicing. They also always nicely cleaned up my car and it smelled really good when I got it back, again even on really small jobs. People in service were all always really friendly and seemed quite competent at what they did. It actually was a joy to come there for service. Only negative was that they were never able to fix some rattles in the dashboard even though they tried mightily on 3 or 4 occasions. Notwithstanding their sincere efforts, they were never able to completely fix the problem, although after the last visit it was definitely better than it was before. On the pre-owned sales side, they were very friendly and had some nice cars in very nice condition, but from what I could tell, their cars seemed to me to be priced pretty high. After shopping here first, ended up getting a 2011 Infiniti elsewhere with 10,000 miles on it for the same price that they were proposing to sell me a 2010 of the same model which had almost 30,000 miles on it.
