Robert had to step in when the initial salesman had to be gone for an extended period of time and took care of me like it was his deal. He responded quickly, helped me negotiate a very fair deal and then helped make the delivery process actually quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership and as a fairly pedantic buyer, he answered every question and made sure a few final details at the sale were handled. He even hand polished the car when it was all said and done. Just an overall outstanding experience, highly recommended and after driving their loaner sedans, there is a good chance I'll be back sooner than later for the next one. Had some bad experiences with major infiniti which is the old dealership. I heard that they were now under new owners and thought I would try them out. Boy was I impressed. The service department is always friendly and helpful when I arrive, and they complete service in a very timely manner. The service center at Infiniti of KC does a very poor job, basically masking the problem rather than fixing it, and VERY dishonest to boot.
