Awful experience Jay told us to find a weekend with lots of errands to run so we could test drive the car and see how it functioned with our family. When we told him we were ready to test drive he said: "Sorry, without a working deal meaning agreeing on numbers and evaluating your trade our policy will not allow for a car just to be check out for a weekend. Our Management Staff is strict on this policy." Being told one thing but then being told we have to essentially buy the car first is not how it should be done. They made us feel as if we should be lucky to have the chance to buy a car from them. More
