My Best Vehicle Purchase Experience! I purchased an Infiniti QX80 the sales person greeted us in the parking lot introduced himself and we decided to go on a test drive. Brenan so very kind polite knowledgable NOT pushy. very easy going. He gave us detailed information on the vehicle and also history of the vehicle to include what was stand options and not. The crash course he gave us was extremely helpful. As we drove back home to Topeka (1 hour away) my husband decided he loved the vehicle. I called Brenan told him what we wanted and the vehicle was ready for the delivery the very next day! We have purchased many vehicles and NEVER has it been this easy! Thank you very much Brenan for this awesome experience. Last but not least.. The finance Manager was very nice and personable he clearly is in the right job skill set. I will come back to Infiniti of Kansas City to purchase again and again and again! More
Another great experience Nobody really "loves" buying a car, but we all need to do so from time to time. This week I bought my third from this dealership, and the experience ( Nobody really "loves" buying a car, but we all need to do so from time to time. This week I bought my third from this dealership, and the experience (always very good) was the best yet. The sales rep, Robert Evenrud, was responsible for this. I'd gone in the get the oil changed on my wife's car... I wasn't in the market for a new car at all... and while looking over a car model I'd never really noticed much I was approached by Robert. Our conversation was about the car, as well as other topics. The car, a QX50, turned out to be uniquely suited to my needs and without Robert's knowledge I'd never had recognized it. A test ride followed, and a very fair negotiation a day or two later. I was pressed for time, as we were heading out of town for several weeks, but Robert figured out how to get things handled and delivered the car to our garage while we were away. I'm very much a car guy, and rarely meet a sales rep who knows nearly as much as I do about whatever car I'm looking at, but Robert was way beyond me. He also had immense knowledge of cars in general. Throughout the whole experience there was never any pressure, and I thoroughly enjoyed Robert's company. Kudos also to the finance manager, Dallas Summers, who was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. More

I felt there would be constant emails pressuring me to make a decision. The person that answered my email search was Kim Hudson. She located a vehicle according to my specifications. She answered all of my questions regarding ownership, car fax, warranties etc. She was ready to schedule a date and time that I could come in and test drive the vehicle when I returned from vacation. Keep in mind I was in constant contact with her for a month prior to going on vacation. While on vacation I found a car and purchased it. Out of courtesy, I advised her of my decision to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. To my surprise she responded with, " congratulations" on my purchase and assured me that "infinity" could stand alone no matter where I purchased it. She encouraged me to contact her again, even though it would be a while, when I was ready to trade it in. To me, this act showed professionalism, transparency, trustworthiness,, true dedication and belief in the company in which she worked. She was genuinely happy for my purchase no matter where I had gotten it. I'm sure she may have felt she "missed" a sale, but in my view, she opened the door to more because of her attitude. I will recommend her to anyone. More

Good customer service, high prices I contacted Infiniti of Kansas City about a used Infiniti I found online. The salesman was honest and helpful. He was happy to work with me even though I am out of town. He inspected the car and even drove it for me. The reason I did not purchase from this dealership is price. Although the car had been on their lot for over 45 days and was still priced above average on Car Guru, they were not interested in negotiating at all. If you buy from here, be prepared to pay 100% of the list price plus a rediculous $500 administrative fee. More

James went above and beyond to make sure the options I had between the Q50 and the Qx60.I started online with Courtney, and upon arrival, James Studna took over, and I purchased the Qx60 SUV which I'm so happy and comfortable with the vehicle. He gave me suggestions and his advice but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I had decided on an SUV, the process was entirely painless filled out an application online Wednesday evening. The process was so quick and professional after on a Monday told him I would like to test drive on a Thursday and purchase on Friday or Saturday. Dallas had the paperwork ready and took about 10 - 15 mins in his office, and I was driving off with my new vehicle. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Infiniti of Kansas City to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More
