He didn't insult my intelligence as alot of car salesman have done in the past by treating me like "a girl". He was respectful, answered the technical questions I asked. Kevin showed his thoughtfulness by paying attention. During our test drive, I'd mentioned I didn't like the seat warmer feature and preferred the climate control at 65. My hubby was exactly opposite, liking the climate control at 75 and the seat warmer on medium. After they'd detailed our new car for us to take home, Kevin showed us he had set the seat warmer and climate controls exactly how each of us liked it, showing his listening skills and attention to detail. The service at Infiniti of KC is what keeps us coming back. More

After browsing numerous cars online, I sent them an email inquiring about a QX60. It was late at night and I didn’t expect a response until the next morning. To my surprise, one of their sales professionals (Amir Moradi) emailed me back right away! We made an appointment with him for the very next day and it was one of the smoothest transactions we had ever done. Amir answered all of our questions and explained everything perfectly. He worked with our budget and got us into a really amazing vehicle. In fact, Im considering trading in my other vehicle and looking at their inventory just because of such a positive overall experience. I have to say the finance team was great as well! Non-pressured sale of the finest in luxury. We were greeted by Ron Solnosky at the door and couldn't be more pleased with his laid back sales style. Although I didn't have experiences with other sales professionals, I highly recommend Ron! The dealership was clean and personnel extremely professional. They did not have the exact exterior color with the options that I wanted in a QX80. I was thrilled when Mark, the Sales Manager offered to locate and bring in the car we wanted! It was at their dealership two days later. When I notified them that we couldn't immediately come in to close the deal, they didn't ask for a deposit to hold it. I love that they trusted my word. Five days later, I drove away in my dream car! Thank you for the great sales experience! More
Reneged on deal On 10/15/18 received an e-mail from salesman Brandon Standifer that price of a car I had test driven month earlier had been reduced to $30,000. I resp On 10/15/18 received an e-mail from salesman Brandon Standifer that price of a car I had test driven month earlier had been reduced to $30,000. I responded I would be interested in making 80 mile drive to dealership, if I could purchase car for $30,000, total. No customary $499 “admin fee” added on. I received a return e-mail from Sales Manager Robert Evenrud stating, “You have a deal at $30,000 out the door. When can you … take delivery?” I responded I would be there between 10 and 11 a.m. on 10/17/18. Proceeded to transfer funds to my checking account and make plans for a trip to KC. On 10/16/18 I checked my e-mails and discovered two from Mr. Evenrud: The first in essence added a contingent that I had a deal only if they could not sell car to someone else. The second advised me that in fact they had sold it to someone else. They had my phone number. If they had asked me, I could have put down earnest money with credit card or even driven in that evening. Shame on Infiniti of Kansas City! More
