Jose Chavez was great! I generally despise the car buying process. We stopped in on a Saturday to look at their used inventory. We had a very specific idea of what we were I generally despise the car buying process. We stopped in on a Saturday to look at their used inventory. We had a very specific idea of what we were looking for but wanted to test drive a car to make sure that what we had in mind was our first choice for a new car. Jose was very friendly and courteous. We did drive what they had available that day. However, it was not exactly what we were looking for. Jose wrote down some notes and said he would be in touch. We were wanting a used, but 2019 QX60 with very specific packages and had a specific idea about color. Jose continued to email us various QX60s that were coming in; however we were still waiting for one to come in that met our long list of preferences. Four weeks later, we headed back in after speaking with Jose and he had two options for us to look at. We ended up buying one that day and were out relatively quickly. This was the best car buying experience we have had. We did not feel pressured, nor did we feel like there were hundreds of add on items that we were pressured to purchase. The paperwork process was seamless as well. I can't say enough good things about Jose Chavez. He was patient with us and found exactly what we were looking for. More
