After Sale Customer Service is very poor! I bought Q50 last November & everything seemed fine to me at that time, I moved to Arizona last summer & when I went to infinti dealership over there I bought Q50 last November & everything seemed fine to me at that time, I moved to Arizona last summer & when I went to infinti dealership over there to do my regular maintenance, I discovered that in Merriam, KS they didn't update the car info in their system. Up to here I don't have any issue, that happens, but what is not acceptable from my side that when I tried to reach out to them they tried to convince me that this is what Phoenix has to do. & since then nothing changed. Great dealership! I have been shopping for a car for quite some time. I’ve been to several dealerships and have had not great experiences. At the infinity dealership I I have been shopping for a car for quite some time. I’ve been to several dealerships and have had not great experiences. At the infinity dealership I had a wonderful experience. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Ramez was persistent in finding me the car I wanted without being overbearing! Perfect Hosts Good business builds culture. Good business culture has heart. It is like a welcome mat into a home and friendly greetings from all who reside there Good business builds culture. Good business culture has heart. It is like a welcome mat into a home and friendly greetings from all who reside there. Infinity of Kansas City certainly is a professional operation. The staff knows the product and how to help the customer in the process of buying a car. But they seem less like sales people and more like hosts. We spent much more time talking about life, family, hobbies and interests than we did which car I will buy and when will I decide. It was more like a friendly meetup and getting to know each other. I was greeted by Morgan. She is young and new. She was only a month into her role but I can see why Infinity of Kansas City welcomed her into their family. She fits. She’s friendly, engaging, helpful, patient. She was interested in me and shared in a friendly conversation that made me forget I was buying a car. She is a keeper. She fits the culture. I recommend her highly. Mark and John also introduced themselves and were welcoming, engaging, friendly and:::simply fun.
