I had done my research extensively prior to coming into the dealership and pretty much already had a car picked out that I wanted. and personable. The negotiation and paperwork process was quick and easy and appreciated the "no pressure" approach to trying to sell me all the "extras" that I've experienced with other dealerships in the past. From start to finish, it took about 3 1/2 hours and I drove away in my new 2021 Nissan Murano Platinum AWD! More

I bought this car over the phone. If I had gone into the dealer directly, I would have gone somewhere else. Even though I had made arrangements to meet him at a certain time, Reggie greeted me by saying he dealer directly, I would have gone somewhere else. Even though I had made arrangements to meet him at a certain time, Reggie greeted me by saying he was working with someone else and pointing me towards the car, leaving my brother and myself to figure out things on our own. The paperwork was equally frustrating. I had sent everything ahead of time and was paying cash, but it still took 2 hours to complete. This might have made sense if the place was packed, but I was literally the only customer in the place after the first 15 minutes. Needless to say, I’ll find another dealer. More
