I am on my 2nd Infiniti vehicle and will continue with the brand given the high level of service from Brenden and the Infiniti Delearship. The waiting room is high tech and easy to continue to work in. The loaner car availability is an excellent option when my job demands it. Brenden is very thourough and explains in detail what has been performed and also gives me a heads up on what will be expected in the next service period. More

Tim Doolittle was our salesman and he was very friendly and personable. I had done my research extensively prior to coming into the dealership and pretty much already had a car picked out that I wanted. and personable. The negotiation and paperwork process was quick and easy and appreciated the "no pressure" approach to trying to sell me all the "extras" that I've experienced with other dealerships in the past.
