From the beginning, Addi was the perfect blend of professional and personable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle but never pushy, allowing me the space to make decisions without any pressure. Her follow-up was impeccable. She was consistently helpful and informative, checking in at just the right times without ever feeling overbearing. The service went far beyond the norm. Addi took the extra time to ensure my car was perfectly prepared, including installing all-weather floor mats and, most impressively, taking the time to set up all of my technology and preferences before I drove away. This personal touch made the delivery day seamless and truly special. I highly recommend Infiniti of Kansas City, and I especially recommend asking for Addi. More

Easiest car buying experience ever! We truly were not planning on purchasing when we walked in, as we went in to finish our homework and decide if the QX60 was in the running still for We truly were not planning on purchasing when we walked in, as we went in to finish our homework and decide if the QX60 was in the running still for a purchase we were going to make in the Fall. Darren greeted us and worked with us throughout our time and turned our not today into driving away in a 2025 QX60! There was never any pressure or awkward pushes. We are beyond pleased with our purchase and all the little extra touches and conversations we had with other team members. Darren did a great job in explaining the car and the pricing.
