I have been working with Joel for almost two years. I came in one day to look at the new body style QX60 and the price at the time just wasn't going to work for me. Through out the past two years Joel I came in one day to look at the new body style QX60 and the price at the time just wasn't going to work for me. Through out the past two years Joel has kept in touch and never pressured me like the other dealers. I felt comfortable telling Joel when I was ready and the price point and options I was looking for. He was patient and resilient in finding the right vehicle for me and my family. We kept in touch over the period of time of two years and he even gave me options to come look at when time was available and when It didn't fit what I was looking for he was always comfortable and never pressed anything, which is ideal when looking for a new/used vehicle. I had other dealers contact me and inevitably working with Joel was just hands down an excellent experience, as to why I finally bit the bullet and purchased my 2023 QX60 with Joel. His patience and persistence paid off in the end and I was comfortable the whole way through. After purchase, I left the vehicle at the dealership to get a blackout package installed and he even kept me updated consistently throughout that after purchase process which impressed me as well. The truck was a surprise for my wife's birthday and when we picked it up, she didn't know until he handed her the keys. He even took an hour of his time to show her how to use all the new options in her new truck. Thank You Joel for being patient and sticking with me through this process! Definitely recommend! Deserves zero starts. Been a customer of 10 years, purchased two brand new infinity q50, 39 month lease followed by another 39 month lease + purchase after. Have 2017 infi Been a customer of 10 years, purchased two brand new infinity q50, 39 month lease followed by another 39 month lease + purchase after. Have 2017 infinity with 77k miles that’s one owner, well maintained and had recent service at Ziegler at 73k miles. Engine seized, they wanted 20k for new engine for a car that’s not even worth 20k. Offered to even purchase a 3rd Infinity if they would work with us on a current car via trade in and they offered laughable 1k for trade in of 2017 q50 with 77k miles. Apparently this is a big issue with q50 motors (found similar cases all over the internet). They tried to blame it on lack of service and it being past 70k miles but I didn’t buy Infinity for entire engine to seize and need to be replaced at 77k miles. Awful dealership, doesn’t value repeat loyal customers, will not work with you if issues arise - instead deferring blame on you for lack of service (have all records of proper service) for a well know problem that simple google search will show dozens of similar cases on the very first page. Stay away as far as you can. Nothing but stress, headache, and blame on a customer for a 50k car that engines don’t last to 100k miles. Dealer was absolutely useless in trying to help and made a case even worse with Infinity USA. Save yourselves some time, money and stress and look elsewhere. More
