I searched for a car over autotrader. com and found the perfect car, a 2017 Honda CR-V. I had never purchased a vehicle this way before. The service from INIFINITI of Hoffman Estates was exceptional. Joel sent several videos of the vehicle including the initially viewing and after the detailing. Joel even sent a photo of the vehicle on the transport leaving the parking lot. Marcin was extremely helpful as well. I am so thankful for my new vehicle and the service I received from this dealership. More
