I took my car for wash and had my bumper ripped open, came to found out that my bumper was fastened by dry wall screws, I purchased my vehicle from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. My car was fixed at the sa came to found out that my bumper was fastened by dry wall screws, I purchased my vehicle from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. My car was fixed at the same dealership and given back to my without cleaning even though I asked for it and was guaranteed my car would be cleaned. Also, my shop forgot to plug my signals lights which allowed cops to pull me over a dozen times in few days before i could take it back in. Again my car was given to me dirty, not to mention the net that was taken out of the trunk and my stuff was thrown around. Please learn how to service your customers better More

The service center was good, but the overall experience with the dealership was not good. I would not come back. Vehicle was finished a day after it was promised. Part was not ordered as requested. Part was not installed as requested. Communication was terrible.
