The service manager Trevor was very professional with a personal demeanor that was pleasant. Trevor greeted us as family and offered his condolences for the recent loss of multiple loved family members. Th personal demeanor that was pleasant. Trevor greeted us as family and offered his condolences for the recent loss of multiple loved family members. The dysfunction in our low mileage 2015 QX60 Infinti was diagnosed as a defective transaxle (drivetrain) that caused the obvious transfer case leaks due to internal failure in the transaxle. We were assigned a courtesy car to drive while the 2015 QX60 was repaired. A windshield washer pump that had failed was also addressed by a new windshield washer pump installation. To date, we have noticed a humming noise that seems to be in the ALL WHEEL DRIVE front passenger and rear passenger hubs. The vibration from the failed transaxle assembly could have induced an increased acceleration of wear that is not consistent with the mileage on this 2015 QX60. Less than 70,000 miles. Note the first transaxle change occurred under the 36,000 mile marker. Please advise. Thank you Trevor for your assistance getting in and out to mourn our loved ones. Please advise on the potential ill effects of vibration in the drive train from two failed transaxles on our 2015 QX60. Thank you for getting us back on the road. Trevor you are an awesome representative for the INFINITI dealership. More

Very poor communication, went days not receiving any call backs. Service writer also tried to pull a fast one regarding an issue that was not fixed. I was only provided updates & responsiveness after esc backs. Service writer also tried to pull a fast one regarding an issue that was not fixed. Buy be aware if you have purchased a used Infiniti from this dealership! They sell many Infiniti’s purchased from Canadian auction and tell buyers it is “not a big deal.” What they do not disclose is th this dealership! They sell many Infiniti’s purchased from Canadian auction and tell buyers it is “not a big deal.” What they do not disclose is that they swap out the instrument clusters from KM to MPH (on their own dime & do not provide the description of the work to carfax. They only keep record of it on the Infiniti database so that the consumer does not see it. They do not disclose this because if you ever have an issue under warranty for the instrument cluster it will only be covered for replacing it with the Canadian KM cluster. Extremely deceptive business practice. My specific vehicle with this issue was purchased at this location when it was under ownership of Motor Werks. More
