When I visited I wasn't sure that I was going to buy a car. Christian who was the new rep who assisted me was not only VERY low pressure, but incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. During the test drive I felt as if he was one of my friends helping me understand the vehicle and giving me his thoughts. He was extremely helpful in reaching out after the purchase to verify if everything was ok and if there was anything that he could do more to assist me. When I realized I didn't have the manual he went even further (again after the sale) and found one and had it mailed off to me. This is the 3rd QX56 I have purchased from this dealership in 2 years. I researched vehicles at many dealerships in the area and the one thing I can confirm is that the quality/ condition of the ve dealership in 2 years. I researched vehicles at many dealerships in the area and the one thing I can confirm is that the quality/ condition of the vehicles at this dealership are certainly superior to those I have found anywhere else. This truck I bought last week had some scratches on it and the manager went above and beyond by having a professional body man come in and wet sand the vehicle and buff it out and the scratches were gone. Truck looked fantastic when I picked it up- Definitely above and beyond what other dealers would do. The rest of the staff do a great job as well.
