I was shopping online motorwerks.com and I saw my baby! 2006 Infiniti G35 coupe pearl white with all the upgrades :) The next day I went into the dealer and was greeted by Alan. He was so pleasant to work with I felt like he was one of my good friends. We took my baby for a nice ride and I knew if was time to talk. Thats where I met Mike Smalley the Sales Manager. Another very friendly employee. He listened to all my needs, budget and not once did I ever feel pressured to buy or do anything I wasn't comfortable with. He did his magic with the numbers and I had myself a new car! Oh not to mention Mike gave me a little love ($) for my antique 1991 Celica which went towards my new ride. After the Purchase: I visit Infiniti Hoffman Estates at least 2-3 times a week not only for a car wash but to talk to Mike and Alan. Its nice to walk into a place where they know you by name and not a dollar sign. I feel so comfortable there that I have even spent 2 hours working on a project for work on my laptop. They have free wifi, some amazing coffee and beverages. Its like my second home. I would recommend to any of you in the market for a car to stop by and take a visit. Everyone is so nice, friendly and they have a really clean beautiful facility. Ask for Alan Murad tell him Sam sent you! More

Your dealership had what I was looking for but there was a situation which caused me not to be able to get that particular vehicle but Dorothy took it upon herself to find another vehicle for me. Which she did. Thanks to Dorothy for not giving up and locating another vehicle of which I am quite satified with. It was a real pleasure working with Nik. He was very professional, patient, and was willing to answer any and all questions I threw at him, and I gave him a whole lot of them. He explained everything very well about the car I was interested in buying, and when delivering it, he went over all the various functions of the car. As a retired salesman, I appreciated how he handled the sale and wanted to be sure I considered the various options available for the car, and explained them all, so that I was sure I got everything I wanted when I bought it. When we completed the sale, he made sure he thanked me again and suggested I call him if I had any further questions or he could be of any additional service. As for Chris, who I dealt with before, he welcomed me warmly, inquired if I was being taken care of well, and as I was leaving, thank me for my business and encourage me to come back for any service I may need, which I will. As Sales Manager, I believe he sets a good example, which is evidenced by all the additional people there I dealt with, and lkhsi entire staff. More

WOW is all I can say!Saturday, just drove by and figured we take a look at a vehicle we were planning on buying when we get back from Mexico in a week. Looked around, seemed like a place I might do business with in the future, figured oh well, we are not going to buy today so why waste anyones time. Out of nowhere came a guy introduced himself as Alan, and asked if he could be of assistance, well since you asked.. We ended up driving a few vehicles, I felt bad bothering him, I could see he was with another customer. However calm and cool he remained, if he would of shown any signs of being under pressure I probably would of left. Some debate between the M and G car but with his assitance and knowledge, you would swear he owns both, the way he knows the vehicles, oh and the boss, (wife) making the ultimate decision, we ended up buying the G. But not with a little bit of a headache. We got down to the point of actually doing the paperwork that friggin same day, we were only there to look ended up test driving and now actually getting ready to take home, like I said before, WOW! Unfortunatly the finance did not seem so appealing and figured I was going to wait. They said they would try on Monday with other banks, long weekend waiting fo it to be Monday. (Put in a bit of work online, told them my finance offer.) Once again WOW! I knew they could help me out, their Finance Gurus took the original APR down almost 50%, beating my alternate financing and gave me a slightly lower price and gave me a second key, I hear they are expensive. (Folks do your homework, and have your ducks in a row, before you go in!) My wife drove her car home with a big smile on her face, thanks to Alan and those Finance Gurus, oh and the girls up front whos chocolate chip cookies were great and the pizza they had there! Remember ask for Alan. More
We recommend Alan Murad for his professionalism and helpfulness. We're from Rockford. He drove the car and met us halfway to show us the QX 56. He even stayed way past 10 pm. Peter was also helpful. You should hire more guys like Alan, he is an asset to your establishment. He went out of his way to make this happen. We were very disappointed with Mike ( one of your managers ? )We were trading in 2 cars ( a BMW 99 740iL and a 97 Toyota 4 Runner ). Mike was firm on $3500 total for both trades. We were at the same time looking at an Armada from our locaL Nissan dealership ( Anderson Nissan- Loves Park ). They were offering $8500 for our trade with their asking price which was reasonable. With Alan and Peter's help, the deal went through. We got $7500 for our trade at $32,700 price for the vehicle ( original asking price was $33,995)but we ended up not getting the second remote key. Had we had a reasonable trade in price, we would have sealed the deal on our first visit to your dealership and save us the trouble of driving down to your dealership with 2 cars for a second time. A luxury car dealership should not leave this kind of impression on its customers, don't you agree? Kudos to Alan and Peter!!! More
