A very good experience overall. The sales person I had, Nik Joshi, was very good: he was patient, forthcoming, was really trying to be as accommodating as possible. I would have given a rating of 5, but there were some minor incidents that detracted from the experience. 1. Additional time was not taken to explain how everything worked inside the car. 2. I also would have liked to have been provided a CarFax without asking (which I forgot to do). 3. The finance guy did not know the amount of my down payment (65%) which caused the banks to come back with a higher interest rate. After resubmitting the finance request with correct down payment info the bank came back with a much lower interest rate. More
