I was shopping for a new QX for awhile. Joel kept me informed througout a couple of months until I found what I was looking for. He passed me on to Jason K. We were able to get the deal done. I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 2 weeks and I always thought Infiniti was out of my price range. I was looking online one night and looked at the G25x and saw that it was possible for me t and I always thought Infiniti was out of my price range. I had emailed the dealership with the interest of getting a G25x black on black and within a half hour, Eugene had replied back letting me know he had one in stock. I told him that I would arrive on Saturday morning around 9-10 and sure enough Eugene was waiting for me. Took it for a test drive and absolutely fell in love with the car. Coming from a sports car that had a lot of power, I was ready for luxury and comfort and Eugene fixed me up with the right car. Thanks to Eugene and the rest of the staff at Hoffman Estates Infiniti, I drove away in my new car a few hours later. My overall experience with infinti hoffman was a great one. I was interested in a 2008 infiniti g35x sport. I put my contact information on their website and i would say about a half hour later Jason cont one. I was interested in a 2008 infiniti g35x sport. I truly enjoyed working with everyone at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I especially enjoyed working on the initial deal with Jason Yap. The completion of the deal was just as pleasurable an experience with Jason Kopczynski . I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. That doesn’t happen very often and has never happened with my prior new car buying experiences. I was impressed by the Sales Manager, Michael Smalley. Mike gave me what I wanted on my trade-in which sealed the deal. I also decided to purchase the extended warranty for added peach of mind. I forgot the gentlemen’s name that convinced me to buy the extended warranty but he was great. I look forward to a long relationship with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. More

My overall experience with this dearlership is Good, I would not hessitate to purchase another vehicle here. My rating reflect on the fact that one of the cosmetical repairs was not completed satisfact would not hessitate to purchase another vehicle here. The fault lies in the personnel that come to the facility a few times a week to remove dents and scratches etc, in my opinion they should have been able to the work, that they are supposed to be qualified to do. This infinity dealership should strive for better in this area. The salesman which I worked with Nik Joshi, made the whole deal pleasant Nik understood the buyers perspective, and listened to what I was looking for, he was not pushy or rude. Nik was good in communicating with me via phone & email during and after this purchase. In my opinion Nik is an asset to this dearlership, I was glad to have met and dealt with him. Nik is currently still working for me in obtaining the original owners manual to my 2008 Dodge Dakota Laramie. Good job Nik.
