I was able to buy the vehicle that I was looking at (a used 2008 Infiniti G35xS) for a great price. The experience couldn't have been easier. The purchase itself was expertly handled by Javier Ortiz, and his professionalism and courtesy were incredible after an endless line of high pressure, low courtesy salesmen. He made the sales process easy, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole thing. He even went out of his way to sell me a vehicle that was ready to drive, providing me with a GPS upgrade and going out of his way to install it. If that wasn't enough, Javier and the dealership had my mother's suburban washed when I came in to sign the papers. What an awesome, unexpected gesture from a car dealership. If you do visit, ask for Javier. I can't promise you'll get the price or vehicle you'll want, but you'll be treated with respect regardless. More

After visiting several dealerships over the last week and a half, I went to Infiniti from a recommendation from my mechanic. I am very pleased with the service I received from this dealer, which doesn't compare to about the 20 previous dealers I visited to find a used car. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
Ronnie Brazier was nice and extremely helpful. I went to the dealership looking for a used BMW that I have seen on there web site. I wanted a all white fully loaded, with cream seats BMW, but then I realize the dealership looking for a used BMW that I have seen on there web site. I wanted a all white fully loaded, with cream seats BMW, but then I realized as my family and I where sitting in Ronnie's office, the BMW was not going to be great for Chicago's winter. That's when Ronnie was like, "how about a new Infiniti?" the thought of new was nice, but expensive. I told Ronnie I'll look around the show room first. After looking for awhile with my husban, Ronnie was able to find the perfect all white, white seats, and fully loaded G37x for me, as well as a great monthly payment. To help with the payment he didn't look at my Jeep with a lot of miles as a used up car, he said" let my guys take a look at the jeep and see what they can do to help." I was impressed. He was really trying to help and he did. He also took the stress off looking at the car, because he was able to get my children evolved with liking the car as well as my husban. He also help by having the children watch cartoons as the paper work was being sign, so I could understand the deal with no interruption. Great job Ronnie and I'll recommend him to anyone. Dishonest!!! Will tell you anything just to sell you a car. Do not buy their extended warranty. I made that mistake and now I have to take them to court to get my money back. Over a month later they tell me that the warranty company is dragging their feet. What a lie!!! I called warranty company they had no idea that the contract was cancelled. I've tried to reach their finance manager John for a week and never received any response. When I came to his office to cancel my warranty he was plain rude. Also, if you notice anything wrong with a car you want to buy and the salesmen tells you "we will fix it" do not believe it!! Get every promise they make in writing or go to a different dealer. My TPMS light was on during the test drive and I was given that promise. Well, month later and $1,500.00 out of my packet and it's fixed it. But not by the Infinity. You tell me how well they live up to their promise: "Allow us to demonstrate our commitment to excellence!" More

I test drove two cars: a Mercedes-Benz C300 and an Infiniti G37x Sport. Both cars were in excellent condition, clean, and priced the same. I was having a hard time making a decision! John walked me through what he had observed from me in the process of test driving the cars, and what he understood from our discussions about what I was looking for and what I ultimately wanted in a vehicle. He is a great listener and very pleasant to deal with. I drove out of the dealership that evening with the Benz. And John's follow-up after the deal was also outstanding! Finally, financing was great, the dealership is clean and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend John Lee's services to anyone in the market for a vehicle!! More

I've been using this dealer for my services while I bought G35 from them and never had any problems. About three weeks ago, I went to the dealer and wanted to sell my G35 back to the dealr and made de bought G35 from them and never had any problems. About three weeks ago, I went to the dealer and wanted to sell my G35 back to the dealr and made deals with person name Stewart but when I got the check from the dealer, it was $500.00 less than what we agreed to. He said he never said such amount that I was expecting. Which wasn't true but he completely ignored it. I had no choice but take the car back and took the deal off. When dealer gave me back my title, it was already signed by Infinity of Hoffman Estates and when I asked Steward title is not good for me to take but told me I shouldn't have any problem taking the title back to anyother dealr. Which was wrogn information !!! when I took the car back to other dealer, they refused to make the purchase because they require clean title. Now, I have to get new title which will cost me. When I wanted to talk to the Stewart because of the problem, but he never picked up the phone nor returned my call. Completley igored me! this is absolutely terrible service i've ever had from the dealer. More
I took my car in yesterday for an extended warranty repair. Both front wheel bearings and 1 front tie-rod needed to be replaced which was covered under the warranty. The service department ended up hav repair. Both front wheel bearings and 1 front tie-rod needed to be replaced which was covered under the warranty. The service department ended up having to break off both of my front ABS sensors because they were rusted out. I also had to pay for an extra hour of labor for the tie-rod installation as my extended warranty company didn't alot enough time for the dealership. I ended up buying two new OEM sensors from Amazon.com for $220 and saved over $200 over the dealership price; Joe installed them at no charge for me. *This is the second time I had to take in my '05 FX35 for front wheel bearing and tie-rod issues in the last 12 months and it only has 67,000 miles on it.
