I ended up going in to test drive the used car that I inquired about, but ended up leasing a 2013 G37x for not much more of a monthly payment after Geno presented my options. I purchased a used Mercedes E350 at this dealership. I was extremely pleased with the experience. My salesperson, David, was knowledgeable, helpful and did everything he said he would do. The used car I purchased was priced "right" so there wasn't a lot of negotiating knowing I had to lop off thousands of dollars to get to a fair market price. David even made sure to locate some missing pieces like the extra key and floor mats. Once I got the the finance guy I was bracing myself for the hard sell on a warranty or some lousy interest rate. He was also intelligent and helpful. Yes, he offered me a warranty but when I declined we were done with it. The rate I got was better than my own bank quoted me. The paperwork process was fast and clear - I've had my share of confusing finance agreements where they work hard to add in hidden costs. Not here. Quality operation. Quality staff. You can do a lot worse! More
