QX60 Purchase - Great Experience We went in over the weekend to look at the QX60. We were greeted by David Gibson who showed us the new model and gave us a test drive. At no point did we feel he was pressuring us to buy the car or to make a quick decision. He was very helpful about all aspects of not only the car, but our potential ongoing relationship with the dealership, etc. We left to test drive a different vehicle at another dealership. Not only was the car not up to the quality of the QX60, but our experience at that dealership was not nearly as pleasant. Our decision to go back later that afternoon to buy from David was easy. When we picked up the car David noticed a scratch and immediately worked to get it taken care of. He wanted the car to be in perfect shape and went to great steps to take care of us. I highly recommend both the dealership and David Gibson. More

Dave Gibson was the best to work with! It was early January and after a major snow storm and we walked into the dealership at the right time that day.....Dave was at the reception desk and It was early January and after a major snow storm and we walked into the dealership at the right time that day.....Dave was at the reception desk and walked over, introduced himself with a smile, asked us questions about what we were looking for, and was eager to help. My partner and I were transitioning from Chicago to Michigan for work and were back in town for 2 days from the holidays in Texas and I had researched cars online and found 2 G37xS (I only wanted the xS model) at the dealership. Dave put on his snow gear and actually went outside and dug both cars out of the snow for us to test drive. It was a great day to test drive the cars to see how they handled in snow. While testing driving, Dave was even in the back helping service his other customers cars. Talk about dedication to making the customer happy and getting speedy service. Dave was great at multitasking with his other customers while helping us buy a car and making us feel important at the same time. He is extremely knowledgable about his cars, made us feel like we had known him for years, had amazing customer service, and was always smiling. I recommend everyone go to Dave when shopping for a new car. It was a pleasure working with during and after the purchasing of my car and we will be back to see him when it's time to buy another Infiniti.......which I am in love with my G37xS!!!!!!! My experience with Joel and the dealership was AWESOME! Great buying experience! Ronnie was very professional and made me very comfortable with buying a car. Upon closing the deal to buy my car, they signed a what we owe document for 4 items that they agreed to e made me very comfortable with buying a car.
