Dave Gibson was the best to work with! My partner and I were transitioning from Chicago to Michigan for work and were back in town for 2 days from the holidays in Texas and I had researched cars online and found 2 G37xS (I only wanted the xS model) at the dealership. Dave put on his snow gear and actually went outside and dug both cars out of the snow for us to test drive. It was a great day to test drive the cars to see how they handled in snow. While testing driving, Dave was even in the back helping service his other customers cars. Talk about dedication to making the customer happy and getting speedy service. Dave was great at multitasking with his other customers while helping us buy a car and making us feel important at the same time. He is extremely knowledgable about his cars, made us feel like we had known him for years, had amazing customer service, and was always smiling. I recommend everyone go to Dave when shopping for a new car. It was a pleasure working with during and after the purchasing of my car and we will be back to see him when it's time to buy another Infiniti.......which I am in love with my G37xS!!!!!!! My experience with Joel and the dealership was AWESOME! Great buying experience! Ronnie was very professional and made me very comfortable with buying a car. Upon closing the deal to buy my car, they signed a what we owe document for 4 items that they agreed to e made me very comfortable with buying a car. This is the first time that I actually enjoyed buying a car. No one in this dealership was pushy or kiniving.
