I have never had such great service on a repair job in my life. Note the following: 1. Kira, my service consultant, was professional, fully engaged in regard to my problems, friendly and followed up throughout the process. She gets 5 stars. 2. The repair issues (2) were diagnosed correctly and I was presented with the cost for each repair prior to any work being done to correct them. The repairs were completed on time and the work was completed correctly. 3. The porter, Juan, was a real fine representative for Hoffman Estates Infiniti. Polite, professional and completed his work in a manner that showed he cared about his customers. 5 stars for Juan. 4. They provided me with a loaner. WOW...I did not expect that, but it sure was nice to drive a new 2014 Infiniti while they repaired my car. 5. Lots of dealer extras for their customers...fantastic building, comfortable waiting areas, coffee, soda, water and snacks are complimentary. Here's the bottom line for me...I will always take my Infiniti to this dealership and when I am ready to buy my next luxury car, Hoffman Estates Infiniti will be #1 on my list of dealerships. I was very close to buying a Acura MDX when Andrew called me and offered me a deal I could not resist so I purchased a Infiniti QX 60 instead. The next day I had to take the car back to Service due to an issue with the tires which was no fault of the dealership. The Service manager Jason Duzzo was awesome to deal with and I have never seen a more friendly and professional Service Manager in any other dealership. More

He was warm, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I had an appointment with Anthony, set for my convenience, a few days out. I received a warm greeting and he was prepared to show the vehicle I came in to view. He didn't try to upsell me or steer me to a different vehicle. We just focused on the one vehicle I inquired about. Within 30 minutes, I test drove the vehicle, my questions were answered and I presented my offer and a received a response. No haggle! Even the paper work was done in rapid time by Rich. I have never purchased a car so quickly! It was a great experience. More

Good dealer, great smooth experience We just stopped by to check out some cars and chat with sales person Ronnie who was busy with a client at the time so he directed us to John Lee - a v We just stopped by to check out some cars and chat with sales person Ronnie who was busy with a client at the time so he directed us to John Lee - a very simple, friendly, patient and yet extremely professional sales guy. It was on Saturday before Mother's Day and Mr. Lee was with us showing the car when his mom called and I was so pleasantly touched that he excused himself and went to talk to her- that told us how genuinely nice and caring this family guy was and this has build a huge trust in him. Well, we ended up buying the car that day and could not be happier with it so far! Mr. Lee got us a good deal (it was a bit over our budget tho) but he was not pushy -it was our decision after all. He guided us through the whole process all the way until we drove away in our new car. He said he would always be there for us if we have any questions or concerns and I truly believe him! When I discovered a few things I couldn't figure out, I went right back and Josh was able to help me with all of it. Josh was amazing and I would recommend him and this dealership to everyone! I've since been back for an oil change and the service department is excellent. Oil change was quick and they cleaned my SUV too! Great service!
