I never have bought a car over the phone before, but Geno and his manager, Stuart, were very receptive to what I was looking for. They were very fair, and I have respect for that. I did not know what I was going to walk into when I showed up to the dealership, but was pleasantly surprised. Very painless, good teamwork between Geno and Javier (gave me a brief tutorial of the technology before I left the dealership). Geno also came in on his day off to make sure I was completely satisfied overall. I would recommend working with Geno and the team.
