I was invited to test drive the car, and from the moment I met Ronnie, he is not only is a warm & pleasant sales rep, he was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I was looking at, in which to me is very important. (I have had sales people who simply do not know what they are talking about) Once Ronnie confirmed that I indeed liked the vehicle, he made the sales process easy & fun. I believe I my final purchase price overall was very fair, however, Ronnie really made this entire experience stress-free and overall I did not feel like I was taken for a ride...
