He followed up with us in a timely fashion, answered all of our questions (as well as those we hadn't thought of yet), and never made us feel pressured. Being in sales myself, I appreciate it when someone approaches me in a more consultative role, as if he's on our side of the table with us. From a woman's point of view, we'd been to many dealers (while figuring out what we were going to buy), and most of the sales personnel didn't talk to me in the same way they talked to my husband (I.e. they were smarmy), which means we didn't stick around very long. Having been through the whole process with Geno, I know that he treats everyone with respect equally (and with a certain amount of wit, too). Women buying by themselves will get the pleasant experience they're looking for by working with him. We will definitely be working with Geno and Infiniti of Hoffman Estates again. More
