Great Experience with Exceptional Customer Service I am 19 and this was my first time purchasing my own car. I was already set on buying a car from another dealership, but had happened to stop by Infin I am 19 and this was my first time purchasing my own car. I was already set on buying a car from another dealership, but had happened to stop by Infiniti of Hoffman Estates by chance. We were greeted by Adam who took us inside to discuss more about the types of car we might be interested in. We told him our price range and he provided us with a list of various cars. I narrowed it down to about 5 cars based on my preferences and then we decided to test drive a few of them. Adam recommended the Infiniti g37xS and I immediately fell in love with this car after the test drive. We came back the next day to negotiate the price of our car we were trading in and then purchased the Infiniti at a fair price. Overall, it was a great first time experience purchasing my own car and I would highly recommend working with Adam. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. He was very patient with us making our decision and invested a lot of time explaining all the features about the cars. One of the things I appreciated was that Adam took me as a serious buyer and provided exceptional customer service, whereas the other dealerships took me as a kid and didn’t really bother explaining much about their cars. Again, I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and working with Adam! More

Nice dealership, not so nice practices I came to the dealer from several hours away, test drove the car I wanted, and all seemed well. It's the actual paperwork and process to follow. Typic I came to the dealer from several hours away, test drove the car I wanted, and all seemed well. It's the actual paperwork and process to follow. Typically, it's a fairly simple process but I spent hours waiting for a response (running my credit 5 different times >_< ) and not to mention they FAILED to submit my plate transfer to the SoS dept. So it prolonged the already painstakingly long process to renew my license plates (finished in just under a month)!! My salesman was helpful, slightly less knowledgeable about the vehicles but I knew more than enough so that was OK. All in all he was very helpful, but I'm more disappointed in their poor practices as a dealership and DO NOT RECOMMEND. More
