They were unable to show us the car for 4 more days and we needed to get something before the weekend. We searched online and knew of the Motorwerks reputation and decided to look at two different cars during our shopping experience at this dealership. I called and talked to Jon before going over to the dealership and right away I knew that I felt comfortable dealing with him and that he was going to do what ever it took to earn my business. He had the car we wanted to look at completely detailed and ready to go when we walked in the door. On closer inspection it was missing one option we desperately needed (Navigation) and we decided to look at a different BMW that was an upgrade in every department than what we were looking at previously. They all 3 worked hard to get us in to the car that is exactly everything we wanted and more. They were straight forward through the entire experience and not once did I feel "taken" or "slimy" at the end. We got a fantastic vehicle at a fantastic price thorough a very well known dealership in the Northwest suburbs. Working with these 3 guys was just icing on the cake! More

Was lied to regarding collection of Excise tax on IN plates. Do not purchase a car from this dealer online. After 212 miles of driving one way twice, the car ended up being 704.79 dollars more then the price of Do not purchase a car from this dealer online. After 212 miles of driving one way twice, the car ended up being 704.79 dollars more then the price of the car from added paperwork expenses alone. They insisted they collected the Excise tax on Indiana plates, when I found out that was a lie and just another way of getting more profit from the purchaser, they refused to take off the 536.36 cost. Had the car not been a low price and I had already rented a tow dolly and asked my brother to tow it back home (Electric car), I would have walked away from the deal. Do not buy a car from these people, If you live out of state, unless you want a few hundred bucks added to the cost, after driving a long distance to get the car. These people will lie to you for a few bucks, knowing you won't buy again from them. More
