This purchase was a special one because I finally getting my first luxury vehicle and it was a big decision to chose the QX60. I will say, Joel (and Janine) were key in my decision making process. When Joel realized that the QX60 that I had on placed a deposit on was delayed and would not arrive by the estimated date, he placed me at the top of the priority list for the next one that became available. He made sure that I was able to have my truck for my birthday! Joel was just very easy to work with. He was friendly, funny, took his time with my husband and I, and sent lots of pictures to help make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He also stayed late to make sure that he was able to show me all the features of my new truck before letting me leave the lot! I highly recommend this dealership. Vince and Stan were also great!
