When we arrived at the dealership, Atanas was professional, yet personable as we test drove the car and made our decision to purchase the car. During the whole process, Atanas made sure we were comfortable and presented us with helpful information, yet we never felt pressured to add on purchases. Our appointment was later in the afternoon and apparently were the last in line for financing, which could have been a challenge since we were there with our two year old son. However, Atanas was WONDERFUL with our son. While we were waiting (and waiting), he got down on the floor to play with our son, assuring us that he didn't mind at all. Another salesman--I believe it was Joel--even graciously gave our son a toy car to play with and keep. Other than our wait time during the process of purchasing the car and to meet with the financing department, we were well taken care of by Atanas--he gets 5 stars from us. More

I was expecting better than average I showed up on a Saturday afternoon to look at a 2011 Chevy Malibu for my son. It was extremely busy which I would have expected. My sales guy was wor I showed up on a Saturday afternoon to look at a 2011 Chevy Malibu for my son. It was extremely busy which I would have expected. My sales guy was working with multiple customers but managed to check in on me during my time there. The experience went 'south' once I decided to buy the car. The wait time to get in with the finance department was much longer than one would expect. Once we got to that point, we felt rushed through the process. Once the paperwork was signed, we were handed one set of keys. I was told the car only had one set and no owners manual and I would be responsible to purchase if I wanted an extra set or manual. I also found out that the rear brakes on this car were in need of immediate replacement and the seal on the headlight was broken . I asked for the service record on the safety inspection (twice) but no one ever got back to me. Aside from what I paid for the car, I now have to come up with an additional $1000.00 to fix some of the known issues. I would have expected the dealer to be more up front with some of the items mentioned above. I know it was not one of their higher end cars but I should expect the same level of service regardless. Our Infiniti is spacious, great gas mileage, and was affordable. If you want personable service I would recommend going here in a heartbeat. More

I was upset about not understanding why I had to pay certain tax rate. It's easy to take care of a happy customer but to take care of a unhappy customer is much harder. These gentlemen professionally calmed me down and helped me understand that I was wrong. This is not an easy task. I would like you to kindly shake their hand for me.
