The sales person was a little difficult to work with remotely, but we were able to get the sale done. Then they kept wanting me to fill out more forms that they don't actually need, but I did anyway. They were very annoying about this when I was out of town and told them I could not do it until my return. Then they were supposed to have filled out the forms to properly register my car and transfer my license plates from my old car. I waited about two months, occasionally emailing, texting, and calling both the sales person and two managers there. I heard nothing. Finally I got a ext from the salesperson that he no longer worked there and I called the manager. He told me they did not do the paperwork and that I would have to do it myself, now months late. This has created a huge amount of extra work for me with hours at the DMV and all kinds of additional forms that I'm having to fill out, including having to fax the secretary of state in IL (and I don't own a fax machine—who does any more?). It's a nightmare. They did not follow through with what they said they would do in their emails to me, and they are now not taking any responsibility to fix this. More

We applied for financing online and they delivered the car to us in Indy the next day! By far, the best car buying experience we've ever had. Would highly recommend! More
