I attempt to conduct as much business before ever walking into a new dealership, as the playbook is universal until you have some relationships there. I made an appointment to complete the transaction, but was handed off to another salesman (Dodie) who had no idea of our prior conversations. The car I was looking at had some deficiencies, and the negotiations ultimately involved the manager (Marcin) to approve the transaction. This was not the best experience, but what really changed my opinion to the positive was their commitment after the sale. Dodie followed up with me several times to coordinate the post sale service work and when I was in there Marcin came by to see how I was enjoying the new car. In the end I rated the dealership a 4, a 3 for the initial sale but a 5 for the post sale service. More
