However Infiniti of Hoffman Estates did an outstanding job of ensuring my time was as valuable to them as it was for me. I have never been so "hands-off" with service and maintenance. Rick and Dave brought me a loaner car... and then returned my car when the service was complete. I've bought a number of new cars and they those dealers made you feel like a jerk for requesting a loaner even for major repair. Rick and Dave went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced... on a used car. This was the first time I bought a used car. I got a good price and was treated very well during and after the sale. If I was going to buy a used car I would most definitely get it from MotorWerks. If I was in the market for a new luxury car I would definitely buy from them. They are the real deal in the luxury experience. I bought a used jeep and they treated me like I bought a luxury car.
