They were both very knowledgeable in the vehicle we purchased as well as the trade even though neither is an Infiniti. First of all they had a fantastic price on a very nice vehicle and never tried to pressure us into buying it. They listened to our needs and worked a fair deal on a trade. Mike Smalley the finance manager was more than helpful and truly went out of his way to make it convenient for my wife to get the deal done. I highly recommend this dealership for their fine inventory of vehicles at reasonable prices and the outstanding professionalism of all their employees. Next time we are in the market we will go to them FIRST! More

The first one was a new 2007 G35 w Last week I purchased a 2016 QX60 with minimal miles. This is the fourth Infiniti I have purchased from Motorwerks. The first one was a new 2007 G35 which I bought at the Barrington location before they opened the Infiniti store in Hoffman Estates which is much closer to my home and where I purchased the last three. Besides the G35 I have owned a 2010 M35; a 2013 JX35; and now the 2016 QX60. I have been completely satisfied with each of these vehicles, the knowledge and customer focus of my salesperson, Joel Gappa. I have also been very satisfied with the exceptional customer service both in the sales and service departments. I expect to find that I will be equally impressed with my new vehicle for as long as I keep it, just like I have been with the others before it. I am always made to feel important when I visit this dealership and Joel Galla. It's a winning combination that I highly recommend to anybody looking for their next vehicle. More

Average at Best I took the train from Michigan to the dealership outside of Chicago for a 1:00 scheduled appointment. My plan was to test drive the vehicle and if I loved it to drive it home to Michigan. Loved the car, had a few questions which were addressed by the GM. Agreed to purchase the vehicle and waited over 2 hours to get the paper work processed on a cash deal. The actual process only took 10 minutes, the wait was 2 hours to get in to see the right guy. We did not drive off the lot until after 6:00pm. While I love the car, I would have to rate my overall experience as below average. I would expect more from a luxury car dealership. More
