I took my car in to find out what was causing a rattling noise under the hood. After the service dept checked it, I was told what they said my problem was among other problems. I called to prepay and get my noise under the hood. After the service dept checked it, I was told what they said my problem was among other problems. I called to prepay and get my car scheduled for an appt to be fixed of the rattling noise. The credit card service was down, and was told I would be contacted in a couple of days. Well, the couple of days has turned to a few months and I have still yet to hear from them. I took my car somewhere else and they diagnosed it with something different. I took it to another person just to see what they said and they said the same as the 2nd shop. I paid $200+ for incorrect information. I'm glad I wasn't contacted for the appt to pay close to $1500 for something that wasn't even the problem. One positive thing I will say is that the people I came in contact with were very nice. More
Repeatedly received conflicting information from service dept. Was never able to get my car repaired here. It was a minor repair. Lousy service.no communication despite sitting in waiting room for 4 hours. No info re failure of front door to open with key fab. Key fab disassembled when car returned to me. Attendant unable to put it bac room for 4 hours. No info re failure of front door to open with key fab. Key fab disassembled when car returned to me. Attendant unable to put it back together & accused me of having glued it together. Never happened. Supervisor finally assembled it & finally told me that I needed a new door activator which had to be ordered.All this after I got into car to drive home but had to back inside to get mess resolved.
