The General Manager was friendly and knew when to get involved and when to let our Sales person manage the process. The one area for improvement was the financing. The numbers were not explained as easily as it could have been and it took a few times going through before finding out there was more value to our warranty plan. In the end, we drove away with a great vehicle at a great price. Happy customers! Would recommend the dealership and Erik to friends and family. More
