I told him where I was looking to be, and with very little back and forth, he got me there! This is my 2nd Infiniti with Infiniti of Hanover!! I highly recommend them!! More
Service Stopped by my local Infiniti dealer and inquired about an oil change, although I had no appt I was greeted enthusiastically by a nice young woman . She took my keys and less than 45 minutes my oil was changed and car was washed very pleasant experience , as always 😊 More
certified purchase i purchased a loaded 2017 QX60. Sales was low key and helpful, only issue I had was the car wasn't detailed before delivery. I found the interior to h i purchased a loaded 2017 QX60. Sales was low key and helpful, only issue I had was the car wasn't detailed before delivery. I found the interior to have smugges and in need of a cleaning. the salesman did offer to have it detailed after delivery but it is a two and a half hour drive back to the dealership and it wasn't worth the drive. I'm still happy with the car. More

He displayed total arrogance, indifference all of which came across as rude and gave the feeling that “hey we already got your cheque we don’t care”. The car was delivered nasty in the interior and this is in spite of the fact that it was pointed out 3 days prior to us taking delivery of the vechicle. It’s the second time in 6 months that has occurred with purchases made. More

They w Jorge and Mark were extremely helpful in the acquisition of my new QX50. This was my 3rd vehicle with Infiniti and a second at this dealership. They worked hard to earn my repeat business even when I considered another vehicle. Jorge was extremely helpful in all the details of the new vehicle and helped me through every step of the way with registration, insurance titling of the old. Erik was extremely helpful with my questions on the excise tax changes and the financing terms which can seem overwhelming to some. The entire team is custimer focused, you arent just a number to them as some other dealerships are. I look forward to my next vehicle with Infiniti of Hanover! More

Returned I had a bad experience at Infiniti of Hanover recently and submitted my survey with the details. The service manager (Chuck) called me the next day an I had a bad experience at Infiniti of Hanover recently and submitted my survey with the details. The service manager (Chuck) called me the next day and worked with me to get me to come back - they offered complimentary services, which is a huge deal. I never expected that. I came in for my service and was really happy with how they treated me. Jason (service consultant) greeted me right away and brought me to Chuck’s office. I appreciated that they did what they could to keep me as a customer. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I thought the extra fees should be listed in detail before the work is performed. I called Chuck (service mgr) about this and he said they’ll be sure to do it for me upon my next visit. Thank you! More
