Class Act Incredible Service I bought an Infiniti a few months ago. When I bought the car, it was from a state that required a front license plate. Removing the plate left 2 ho I bought an Infiniti a few months ago. When I bought the car, it was from a state that required a front license plate. Removing the plate left 2 holes in the bumper. Sean, the salesman, said to just schedule a time and they would fix the bumper back to stock. Because I live over 2.5 hours away, it took me 6 months to finally have it brought in. I contacted the service department where I spoke to Judson. He took a list of the issue and 3 other things that would be covered under warranty. We scheduled a time to have it serviced on a Saturday. On Friday I received an email from Judson that contained a list of the issues I had, the time we were to meet, driving directions and the company's site as well as Judson's contact info. Arriving at the dealership, there was a man there to guide me in and the moment I stepped out of the car they guided me to Judson's office. We spoke about the issues, and unlike a "shop" or "garage", this is a CUSTOMER SERVICE Center that just happens to fix cars too. Anyhow, Judson was knowledgeable, understood the issues and assured me that they would keep me informed. As I was leaving, the loaner car was already waiting the the A/C on and off I went. About 1.5 hours into my drive, I get a call from Judson explaining what they had already done. I have never had anyone, anywhere work on something so fast. This Service Center is top-notch. They kept me informed and by Monday everything was repaired. Plus, and this is the amazing piece, Judson informed me that he noticed that the car was a little slow to start. Mind you, I didn't notice as I have never had a push-button start car before. So in addition the aforementioned repairs, they reprogrammed my computer AND replaced my battery at no charge. They didn't have to do this. And no other place will give you that kind of service. I would have kept driving and had to replace my own battery at my cost. The reason they know this is he says they see hundreds of cars a week, so they know the issues and how to resolve them. Judson is professional, personal and genuinely cares about people. The technicians are smart and knowledgeable and this allows the dealership to be top in the class. More
I purchased a 2011 G37S in Dec 2012 with less that 10K miles still under full warranty. I contacted this Gwinett dealership in reference to damage to my convertible roof top received after letting the roo miles still under full warranty. I contacted this Gwinett dealership in reference to damage to my convertible roof top received after letting the roof down the first time. The only item in the trunk at the time was the owners manual placed there by the Infiniti sales guy I purchased the car from. There was not any warning or conversation in reference to the manual causing damage if in the truck. For many years I have drive the Lexus brand and never had an issue with my previous cars. I traded a Lexus SC430 convertible to buy the Infiniti...at this point I am wondering if I truly made a mistake. The back seat in the Infiniti is a little bigger and can seat an adult which was not the case in the SC430. The quality of the Lexus was top of the line. I can't believe the Infiniti brand built a convertible that does not warn you or reject the down operation if an object interferes in the trunk. Instead the top dig scratches into your paint and car body. The service advisor Bryce was quick to state this issue was my fault and didn't not even consider the factors to offer a workable solution. The fact is no offer was made to assist to fix the issue. He opened my top said everything is fine and offered me the card to the body shop they use for repairs. I was advised this is a common problem and as seen this on at least two occassions in Infiniti reviews. This would have never happened with the Lexus brand! I called back to the shop on two occassions and left messages for the general manager to call me however have not recevied a call back. I would not recommend this dealer due to they do not stand behind the quality of the product they sell and show no concern for customer service. More
I have always had good experiences with Infiniti of Gwinnett. Recently, I took my car in because it was making a weird creaking sound and my wheels were bent. Judson Kilgore and his team diagnosed th Gwinnett. Recently, I took my car in because it was making a weird creaking sound and my wheels were bent. Judson Kilgore and his team diagnosed the problem and fixed it, plus gave me a good deal on straightening and refinishing my wheels. They always go above and beyond, and I see no need to take my car to any other Infiniti dealer for service. More

On Saturday December 15, at 12 pm I was greeted by Bryce Busby Service Advisor. While awaiting at the lounge room, he came back with the diagnostic . The rear pad was at 0MM AND also my tired needed to be change. I told he to proceed only with the rear (mean while I taught we were talking about the front break and also the reason why they are making noises) and I will come back for the tires another day. Halfway home exit the freeway and the car having to use the break pedal because I am on a street way and traffic is packed up and I am repetitively hearing the same noise occurring over and over. So I turned back to the infinity dealer shop thinking maybe they hadn't tight it correctly its already 4pm almost 5. When I am there I explained to him what is going on, and he told me that he knew that the noise were still there that is because they only fixed that back rear because that was the most concerned part that needed to be fixed right away, that the front breaks were fine but that is only making noise and it's OK . I rejected the way this was done because how can you drive a car making a noise like that and thinking that it's OK , who knew to what extend this could mess up other part of the car. he kept on convincing me and when he was that I was not agreeing with him, then he said that If I was to fix the front rear in his own word( then this will cost you another $300 and more dollars), and told me that I was yelling and he was not going to help and then I should leave the premises, went back inside and left me hanging outside .W hen he went back inside I heard him yelling loud to his co-worker about the situation outside then another Service Advisor Matt Schnall came out. He came and started to help on his turn started to blame me for not reading the diagnostic report that was only returned to me while checking out and the world " back Rear "was never mentioned just "Rear". I told this should having mention to me orally first and I f I was told that front and back Rear had to be done , it would not been a issue to me because I had come for the break noise and I that they let me out of there with the same problem that I came there for. I left my car there is schedule to be fixed on Monday for the Original issue that I brought the car in for!!. I very disappointed and shocked of the way Bryce Busby handle this matter and further more treated me. As a customer that regularly bring my cars this place I believe this is my last trip there. More
DON'T GO THERE FOR SERVICE. Those people are incompetent. Went to Infiniti of Gwinnett for a strange noise in my G37 coming from the dashboard. They held my car for almost a week and did not find the problem Went to Infiniti of Gwinnett for a strange noise in my G37 coming from the dashboard. They held my car for almost a week and did not find the problem. They called me and told me that if I want the problem to be investigated further, I will be paying north of thousand dollars and of course, I said "no". They ended up charging me double for what other Infiniti dealership charge for diagnostics (they said that is based on labor, not a fixed fee) and I took my car and went to Infiniti of Decatur. There, Alex (service consultant) told me right away what my problem could be, they found it the same afternoon and got my car next morning. Oh and I paid less than hundred bucks for the fix. Inifniti of Gwinnett think of you as a walking wallet. If you are so rich and don't care how much you spend go there, but your car still might not get fixed. If you value your car and money go somewhere else. More
I purchased a 2011 Infiniti M37X on 2/27/12 from a great sales associate Terrance Lanham. The buying side of this transaction was great. The car is great but a strange thing happened on 3/15/12. The driv sales associate Terrance Lanham. The buying side of this transaction was great. The car is great but a strange thing happened on 3/15/12. The driver's side leather seat split. I tried to have another Infiniti dealer closer to my home take care of the issue but was told it would not be covered under warranty. I did not accept that answer and asked to speak to an Infiniti representative. Two weeks later I received a call from a regional service manager, Jon Lehman, who stated that the seat would not be covered under warranty. He would not even take the time to see the car in person. I contacted the service manager for Gwinnett, Herb Hoffman, who basically buried his head in the sand. He has not offered to do anything. It's amazing when you purchase an Infiniti the sales associate introduces you to everyone in the service department and they all say they are there for you anytime you have an issue but when something strange, like my seat, happens they ALL bury their heads in the sand. Infiniti cars are great but the service is terrible from the dealership up to the regional office. More
The length of time I was waiting was so short; I will definitely go there again for scheduled oil changes. It was so nice that they feel that my time is valuable and get you in and out so fast. Also th definitely go there again for scheduled oil changes. It was so nice that they feel that my time is valuable and get you in and out so fast. Also the waiting area is very nice with snacks, coffee, water, etc. The service advisor was extremely helpful. I had some staining from jeans on my seats and he had the detail shop remove it. It looks so much better. Thanks!!! More
We purchased the infiniti and have had a wonderful experience ever since. Each and every time we have to service, we get the Red Carpet from Matt Schnall and the service department. On a scale from 1 experience ever since. Each and every time we have to service, we get the Red Carpet from Matt Schnall and the service department. On a scale from 1-5, with 5 being the best, I give Matt Schnall a "6". Anything we need, we get the service and care everyone would like to have when taking care of a vehicle. More
I bought my car from Infiniti of Gwinnett a year ago and dealing with DENNIS EPPS was a wonderful experience. However, the reason I'm rating this dealership right now is because I stopped by one day for Den dealing with DENNIS EPPS was a wonderful experience. However, the reason I'm rating this dealership right now is because I stopped by one day for Dennis to help me program my radio (I had added satellite). When he realized I did not have Roadside Assistance programmed into my phone, he immediately added it and told me he never lets a customer drive out with a new car without it (someone else had checked me out after my purchase). Well, fast-forward to last week: my tire blew out on the interstate at 6am. It was dark and I was shaking from the incident...not sure what to do...then I remembered that Dennis had put the number at my fintertips--literally! I felt immediate relief. THANKS SO MUCH DENNIS--you rescued me!! More
Bryce Busby is one of the most knowledgable and professional Service Advisor's I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He is one of the main reasons I continue to do business with Infiniti of Gwin professional Service Advisor's I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He is one of the main reasons I continue to do business with Infiniti of Gwinnett. I have been working around cars with my friends and family and other car service professionals for over 40 years and hands down he is one of the best. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Judson Kilgore today who deals mostly with express service (An Oil Change was one of the reason for my visit). He, like Bryce, was very friendly and knowledgable. Both do an excellent job representing Infiniti of Gwinnett and should be recognized for that. My only complaint is the attire the Service Advisor are now wearing. I liked dealing with Service Department guys in Polo shirts, not Shirt and ties. I think the Infiniti Polo Shirts gave them more credibility; they wouldn't be afraid to get dirty when checking out a vehicle's problem or to "Hold a Wrench" for a Mechanic. The shirt and tie gives them a sense of arrogance and is inappropriate dress for a Service Department, not to mention that it is unsafe to wear a tie around running engines. More
