EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! For the past four years we have brought our Infiniti G-37 to Infiniti of Gwinnett for oil changes and other services. We drive right past other Infini For the past four years we have brought our Infiniti G-37 to Infiniti of Gwinnett for oil changes and other services. We drive right past other Infiniti dealers, but the customer service at Infiniti of Gwinnett is exceptional. We recently brought our G-37 to this dealer for an oil change and rear brakes. While waiting for our service to be completed, we browsed at the new cars in the showroom and took a few test drives with the wonderful Sales Consultant, Damir Osmanbasic. We leased a 2017 QX-50! Damir and Jana are so professional, friendly and very knowledgable about their inventory. In my opinion, buying a car is stressful, but Jana made the whole process quite stress free as she made us an offer we could not refuse. More

LIfe Savers!!! Ignition coils burnt out while traveling north for Christmas. Infiniti Gwinnett's Service Department was already slammed, but they didn't turn me away. I left my car, they gave me a loaner & saved the day. Greg & everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional. What I was told would happen is exactly what happened, when it was supposed to happen, for the price I was told would be the price. Picked up the car on the return trip back home - runs beautifully, I'm even getting better gas mileage than I was getting before the coils went bad. These guys are good - those of you who have them as your dealer, you're very fortunate. More

I receive a call the next morning from Jeff Edge telling me the grocery list of issues, I'm in a panick. I come by at lunch, we have a small convo that leads to, I need a new car. I don't know what awesome magic Nasira whipped up to cause her manager Joana to take an interest in my special case, but these ladies are AMAZING. This dynamic duo worked magic to get me into a brand new 2016 Q50 for a VERY reasonable price considering, it's Infiniti! -great service -courteous staff -honest advice -real logic with decision -the best xxxx dealership I've visited. Did I mention they asked about my military affiliation before I could even ask about military incentives?! Loved it! More

My wife called the service department on the way to have her battery looked at that they installed 3 years ago. She asked if there was any way she could get a loaner ready as my daughter was sick with breathing problems and needed to go the Children’s Health Care right down the road. This is a standard service offered by Infiniti. They promptly informed her not to worry about coming to the dealership they would meet her at Children’s with a loaner vehicle and that our daughter was top priority. Upon my wife’s arrival, they didn’t even bother bringing a loaner the service tech brought a battery for her QX56 and changed it in the parking lot, all free of charge under the battery’s 84-month warrantee. I’m extremely grateful for the way @gwinnettinfiniti chose to serve my wife and daughter yesterday. “Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it ~ William Ward” Grateful - Brian Holcombe More
