Quality Experience With Outstanding Customer Service I recently completed my second complimentary oil change and tire rotation service as part of my new vehicle purchase at Infiniti of Gwinnett. IOG did I recently completed my second complimentary oil change and tire rotation service as part of my new vehicle purchase at Infiniti of Gwinnett. IOG did all the work for me in scheduling the appointment and sending out automated email reminders, with uncanny precision on mileage timing for both the first and second recommended oil change. Even though I was running late for my first scheduled visit, the service crew was able to fit me into the schedule without question upon my arrival. During both visits, the service advisor, Melvin Thomas for the 1st visit and Andrea Walker for the 2nd visit, greeted me cordially, recorded my information and escorted me to the comfortable waiting area that was stocked with a wide variety of coffee selections, and all sorts of drinks and snacks, with WiFi available as well. The service was completed in about an hour and a half and I was provided with a detailed receipt and personalized ‘vehicle health inspection’ report with technician analysis of key information about the battery, brakes, fluids and tires. Of course, everything passed with flying colors since it was a new vehicle, but it was very helpful to see all the information gathered on one report and organized in a logical fashion for easy reference and vehicle service history recordkeeping. IOG also provided information on the receipt of what the service would normally cost, so I am able to make a price comparison with other providers for future service if I do choose to go elsewhere. IOG topped off each visit with a complimentary car wash that was much needed after 5,000 and 10,000 miles on the road. All the IOG staff I encountered were friendly, professional, courteous and engaging. They truly do their best to be customer service centered. Greg Brannan, IOG’s Service Manager must be doing something right. More

Horrible Experience they tried to take advantage of me On August 31, 2016 while leaving work my car had a loud sound, similar to a loud motorcycle. So the next morning I had my car towed to the Infinity d On August 31, 2016 while leaving work my car had a loud sound, similar to a loud motorcycle. So the next morning I had my car towed to the Infinity dealership located at 3090 SATELLITE BLVD DULUTH, GA 30096. I was serviced by the service manager Gregg Brannan. The Next day he called me and stated to me that my cars’ exhaust was bad and asked have I gotten into a car accident or ever had my car at a body shop. I stated to him no and he said “well it looks like your car has been worked on because the original parts are no longer on your car.” I said to him how that could be if my car was brand new off of the infinity lot in Marietta, and my car has never been in an accident or anything. He insisted that my car parts where not from the manufacturer. Later that day when I got out of work I went to get my belongings from my car so my car could be towed to the infinity dealership in Marietta, located at 2020 COBB PARKWAY SOUTH, Marietta, GA 30060. Before leaving from the dealership in Duluth I spoke with the service manager Gregg Brannan; I wanted to verify what he stated to me via phone conversation. He told me that my cars’ exhaust was hit from some accident probably and the parts are not the manufacturer parts. I told him this can’t be, so he got the technitian Jonathan to explain to me what was going on and the tech stated from his examination of the car, it looked like it was hit and that my parts where not the original parts, also it looks like someone was trying to scrape off the stickers on the parts. So I became very upset and said ok well I will just take my car to the original dealership from where I purchased my car. For the record they were trying to charge me about $2,000 to fix my car. My car got towed to dealership in Marietta located at 2020 COBB PARKWAY SOUTH, Marietta, GA 30060. The service rep received my car from the tow company and told me once they examine the car they will call me. He called me the next day and told me my cars exhaust was messed up but the way it was messed up it couldn’t be from a hit or anything nor was my parts not manufacturer parts so they fixed my car no charge and I picked the car up in a few days since they had to wait on the parts to fix my car. They even provided me with pictures to show that the parts were all manufacturer parts and the sticker being scraped off was just wear and tear since the part was on the bottom of the car. My car was still under warranty, and I just think the Duluth dealership didn’t want to deal with my car so they told me anything and thought they would be able to get away with it. More

Always surprising, but never surprised. What stands out to me is the consistency of the service provided - whether that is sales, service, or finance. On my last visit to the Service Dept., I had a question for Finance, and before I could even ask for assistance, the Finance person (I wish I could recall his name) stepped out of his office and asked me if I needed anything. We ended up talking for 30 minutes, and in addition to answering my questions he gave me some tickets to the senior tour golf tournament! Please pass on my appreciation to the entire Gwinnett team - awesome job every time! Michael Manson More

The best in the Atlanta area! Rowell was okay, I could get in and out of there during lunchtime on a weekday in an hour and fifteen minutes, maybe an hour and a half. (That was oil, tires, and a wash.) The Nalley dealership in Marietta made me so frustrated I was in tears. Took them a half an hour just to call me up and get my paperwork started. An hour and a half later I demanded my car so I could return back to work. I told them I didn't care if it was washed - just bring me my car! It took them ANOTHER thirty minutes just to bring it around (not washed), so total I was there for over two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Never going there again for sure! I've heard they have a new service manager so I don't know if it will get any better but I'm not really inclined to try it. This last time, however, I took my car to the Infiniti of Gwinnett dealership - again during lunch - and again I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Kashawn was amazing! I actually initially went up there late on Saturday afternoon but they were just closing shop. He still made an effort to see if they could squeeze me in but they couldn't. He worked with me though to make an appointment for the following Wednesday (per my schedule, not theirs) at noon. I brought my car up there about 12:35 and he wrote out a card for me that had an expected finish time of 1:40 on one side and the Wi-Fi password on the other. I took my laptop in and got some work done while I waited. I didn't even realize an hour had passed but he came to get me right before 1:40 and told me my car was done and he was ready to finish my paperwork whenever I was. I finished what I was working on and went back to his desk. I paid for my service and he took me out to my car to make sure everything was to my liking. They even vacuumed the cargo area behind the third row for me like I had asked (they don't normally do that part - I think they only do the first two rows?). It looked great and I even had a complimentary bottle of water waiting for me in my cup holder! To be honest I went in dreading it so I took my laptop this time so I could at least be productive while I waited for an eternity for my car to get done. But that was not the case at all! They were great, Kashawn was SO nice and friendly, and they got my car done right and done on time. Guess I know where I will be going from now on? :-) More
