I constantly felt like I was trying to be up sold and taking advantage of for services I didn’t need. Then we became owners of Infinity’s. The service personnel, has exceeded my expectations and always go above and beyond to make my service visits a great experience. They never try to up sell me, just give the facts and service my car as needed. I appreciate A company I can trust, knowing they have my best interest at heart. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, Infinity Gwinnett is the place to not only find a great car, but a service team that will take care of you. You can’t go wrong but using them! More

Infiniti of Gwinnett is an experience to behold! I drive from the south side of Atlanta all the way to Duluth because of how well run this dealership is. I travel from Alpharetta/Cumming to the dealership, even when I purchased a vehicle from ano I always have a great experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett. I travel from Alpharetta/Cumming to the dealership, even when I purchased a vehicle from another dealer for all my service. From being greeted to delivering my car after service everyone is so nice and very easy to work with. This visit I had Sam and was very pleased. I love that when I need a loaner they reserve my same make and model of vehicle for me to drive during the day. When my car wasn't going to be ready when he said it would he offered to have it delivered to my home to accommodate my schedule. I have never had that service and I was totally blown away. Keep up the great customer service and I will keep on coming back. More
Building is nice, some employees not so much. Pulled into service lane and was greeted by a service person. They took my keys and escorted me inside to a service adviser. All good so far. then sat at a desk for the service adviser and proceeded t be ignored for 5 minutes as the adviser was standing at his desk yelling at other advisers. He then asked about the issue with my car and I explained the issue. While explaining he was talking to other advisers and at one point snatched some papers out of the other adviser's hands. This was awkward as I could see that the other advisers was upset. At this point he hasn't even acknowledged I was there. So I introduced myself. He then says that he has a loaner for me and sent me to the loaner section. No goodbye or anything like that. The loaner was a 2017 Q50. Nice car but my good how disgusting the interior was. It had never been cleaned. there were spots of dried on liquid all over the various screens. It smelled like vomit. Asked ab out getting a different loaner but was told that customers do not get to choose the loaner they want. I just wanted a car without a vomit smell. Brought the loaner back after calling them to see if it was done. My car was covered in grease on the door panels, steering wheel and shifter. At this point I just wanted to be done with them. I asked for a towel to wipe the interior down. With that I left. I think next time I'll visit Nalley even though it is further away. There were some very nice people there. Sean and Josh were very nice and Craig Hooten was also nice while I walked the showroom. More
