Mark Preston and I first connected over the phone regarding a vehicle my husband saw on the website. I immediately contacted him and set up a time for us to do a test drive. He was not an aggressive salesperson in any way. He spoke to me like a person (not like the previous salesmen who spoke to me like I was a girl who knew nothing about cars or money). He followed up when appropriate. He presented the details in a way that made sense. I left with a "new to me" car a few days later. I had to go back twice after the sale (to return a key and to get items I forgot in my old car) and Mark was still eager to help in any way he could. I am glad I gave Mark a chance and would definitely recommend Infiniti of Gwinnett sales department. Austin in the sales department was also a pleasure to work with. Super excellent customer service but the quotes for repairments are crazy....Wanted to Charge me $2100 for replacing my break pads and for resurface my rotors.
