I am very excited to say I bought my first Infiniti yesterday. I bought a 2022 Infiniti Q60. I first contacted the dealership and spoke with Mark who was kind and informative. He answered all my qu yesterday. I bought a 2022 Infiniti Q60. I first contacted the dealership and spoke with Mark who was kind and informative. He answered all my questions and made me feel very confident in Infiniti. I went to the dealership the next day and Mark was off but Benson took care of everything. Mark still coordinated everything for me with Benson and even continued to stay in contact with me throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Mark went above and beyond to make my experience fun, as buying a new car should be. I Benson was also amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of me throughout the day. Sam was my finance manager and he was at the top of his game as well. He did not rush and took time to go every all the details of my contract and additional options. I had planned to sell my old car to carmax but Infiniti bought my old car and was within a few hundred dollars of the carmax quote. It was so nice to be able to stay at Infiniti and get everything done there. I left with a brand new car, a peace of mind from my experience and a nice check for my old car.
