I purchased a 2011 Infiniti M37X on 2/27/12 from a great sales associate Terrance Lanham. The buying side of this transaction was great. The car is great but a strange thing happened on 3/15/12. I tried to have another Infiniti dealer closer to my home take care of the issue but was told it would not be covered under warranty. I did not accept that answer and asked to speak to an Infiniti representative. Two weeks later I received a call from a regional service manager, Jon Lehman, who stated that the seat would not be covered under warranty. He would not even take the time to see the car in person. I contacted the service manager for Gwinnett, Herb Hoffman, who basically buried his head in the sand. He has not offered to do anything. It's amazing when you purchase an Infiniti the sales associate introduces you to everyone in the service department and they all say they are there for you anytime you have an issue but when something strange, like my seat, happens they ALL bury their heads in the sand. Infiniti cars are great but the service is terrible from the dealership up to the regional office. More

Deciding to shop Infinity of Gwinnett, I enjoyed the freedom to look and drive as many cars I wanted at a pace that made it possible for me to assess as many cars needed to select the one I wanted in a total of half a day! In less than 5 hours I selected and drove off with the car I am happy to say is now mine. My experience buying did have one disappointment which was glady addressed by the dealership. What a pleasant surprise from a dealership! In addition to the purchase, there were a few issues on the car that the dealership agreed to fix so I made the appointment with the service department a week later. My experience with the Service team was more than impressive! They did not over comment and under deliver - it was quite the opposite. They met and in some cases exceeded promise and expectation - my family, friends and I were totally impressed with the way my car was taken care of. I feel confident the service department at this dealership will take good care of my car in the years to follow. My decision to switch from Lexus to Infinity of Gwinnet was a good one. More
I had buyers remorse with in 48 hours. They were nice enough to trade me out of one car into another and charge me another doc fee and $500 less then what I paid for the first car. I found my car buying experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett to be almost enjoyable. The salesman (Steve Pennamen) and the sales manager (Kipp) were very knowledgable about Infiniti, and very friendly in every to be almost enjoyable. They let me leave the lot on my first trip out (fact finding mission) and contact them when I was interested to buy. They were fair and honest in all dealings. This is my third car that I have leased from IOG, and the service just gets better and better. Salesperson Jason Ferguson has been the best salesperson I have dealt with so far. The dealership on the whole seemed well run and everyone was willing to help us. It was overall a great experience. I'd go back. Goran Cisic was a bit pushy at the end with the various warranties and he lost his cool at the end with an employee and was a bit harsh with me afterwards. That left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth as that was the last real interaction. But Steve was great! More
