This was my 2nd purchase with Benson and 8th with Infiniti of Gwinnett. I can say enough positive comments. The professionalism and buying experience sets the standard. Not a great experience, I bought the car a month ago and received it with another cars temp tag.. Fortunately I figured it out the next day and emailed Ron and Sam..The correct tag was sent fed ex a few day received it with another cars temp tag.. I also let them know that the car didn’t come with an owner’s manual. I didn’t hear back so I emailed Sam, he replied back that he would look into it. A week went by with no follow up. A few days later I spoke with Ron on the phone and he said he would looking into getting me the manual, but I never heard back from him either.. I expected better customer service from a higher end car dealership . I’ve since called in and asked for a manager twice and was dumped into a voicemail. I need an owners manual for my 2020 Q50. I would like someone who cares to call me at 404-915-3620 and tell me when the owners manual is going to be mailed to me. If I don’t hear back in 48 hours I will start posting reviews on social media. Please make this right. Nobody buys a $35k car without an owners manual. Today I spoke with Ron and he is overnighting me a manual. I greatly appreciate you guys jumping on this with a quick response. I was probably too harsh with my review because I’ve been aggravated about the issue. I would like to revise my review. Everything went well leading up to the delivery of my car. Ron and Sam were professional and took care of my needs. Prior to buying I told Ron that I live alone and an hour away.and asked if my car could be delivered. He said yes and drove it to me himself. I’m in sales too and the follow up experience after is my only issue. Again I appreciate everyone for quickly responding to my problem. Thanks More
