I recently purchased a pre-owned 2012 Infiniti Sport Sedan 6MT from Infiniti of Gwinnett; overall my experience was very good. Sean was very friendly and helpful; he answered all the questions I had about the car. There were a few imperfections in the car's finish, and Sean arranged to have them corrected. It took longer than estimated to get the car done, which I cannot fault Sean or the dealership for since the work was being done by an outside body shop. When I went back to make the purchase, the car was not back from the body shop yet, and when it arrived shortly later, the windshield had a rather large crack. Since I live 150 miles from the dealership, I agreed to go through with the purchase that day, take the car home, and Sean would send their glass repair person to my house to replace the windshield. This leads to my only real complaint: it turned out that the glass repair folks don't travel as far as I live. I ended up having to bring the car back to the dealership on a Saturday and leaving it. Sean said it would be done Monday morning and that they would return the car to me. They did give me a loaner to use in the interim. My car was returned Monday afternoon as promised, and the new windshield looks great. However it did cause me to take another trip to Atlanta, and put an extra 300 miles on my car. With the exception of the windshield incident, my shopping experience was very satisfactory. The distance between my home and the dealership made it more challenging than had it been a local purchase, but I was having a very difficult time locating the exact car I wanted. Since most of the hiccups were things beyond Sean's control, I would definitely recommend the dealership and Sean to anyone who might be interested in purchasing an Infiniti. More

I had always been a Lexus Loyal until I decided to really do my homework and consider other options. I was in the market for a sedan and wanted to drive Infiniti. From the moment we walked in Infiniti of Gwinnett, everyone was so friendly. You say, it's a car dealership. What are they going to be? Well, I had encountered a arrogant almost condescending personality at another dealer, and this was refreshing. We met Sean Waters, who began to show me my options in the G37. He knew this car inside and out and gave me an opportunity to drive it and see for myself. He was patient while I asked all kinds of questions and made sure he got me the answers I needed to make my decision. After my purchase, Sean sat down in the vehicle with me and went through every bell and whistle to make sure I knew where everything was. He even programmed my phone and satellite radio and made sure I knew I could call him personally at any time with questions - which I have and he always answers. Sean also introduced me to the Service Team at Infiniti of Gwinnett before I left, so I could put faces with names. I have never had such an enjoyable time purchasing a vehicle. It sounds even crazy to say, but Sean and the team at Infiniti made it easy in a non-pressuring environment to say yes to Infiniti and I am SO glad I did. More
This dealership was a complete disappointment. When I arrived looking for a car, everything seemed great, and the staff was really friendly. But they lied to me about the condition of the used car I was buying. I asked about the specific condition of a specific part of the car, and they lied to me. Their "safety inspection" that they put the car through before selling was a joke. There were so many serious things wrong with the car that I know they saw if they inspected it. They basically scammed me into buying a piece of junk. I learned my lesson, though. Never trust a car salesman!!! More
I shopped around for cars for over a year, very gradually coming to a decision. Given the huge capital consideration and the plethora of options, both in terms of vehicle and dealer, it was both critical an coming to a decision. Given the huge capital consideration and the plethora of options, both in terms of vehicle and dealer, it was both critical and difficult to decide what was important to me as a buyer/consumer and how to value the products and service. After exploring hundreds of combinations of vehicle/dealer online, and test-driving dozens of cars and meeting with dozens of sales reps, I learned to quickly judge professionalism, speed and thoroughness of service, honesty/reliability, and vehicle value. My car search ended with Infiniti of Gwinnett when I found the car I wanted, the price I wanted (optimal price point for the mileage and features), and found that the car, though pre-owned, was in excellent shape or was made so where necessary (minor details) AND I was treated with kindness and respect (e.g., honored appointments, patience with my questions, responsiveness and follow-up, etc) with NO pushiness. I was being "sold to", as you would expect from someone whose livelihood requires it, but in a GREAT way that made the interaction feel natural and comfortable. Lastly, the dealership was clean, well-lit, and had an ambiance of warmth. No sales vultures, no pushy visit from the sales mgr (I had a pleasant visit from the sales mgr), and I was made to feel at home. Even the finance manager, Goran Cisic, was an absolute pleasure, markedly intelligent, and knowledgeable (I am an FP&A Mgr, and I feel like I know a great finance mgr when I meet one). I highly recommend this dealership, the Infiniti product, and the sales rep Sean Waters, who made the entire experience a fantastic one, before, during, and after the purchase (following up with me on any outstanding issues in a timely and friendly manner). We specifically came to your location vs dealing with Roswell Infiniti (although the latter is closer for us) because of the initial conversation with Sean. He was kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. The deal we were able to get was better than anticipated. A dealer like Infiniti should strive to have employees like Sean, Goran and Scott.
