First time we've bought a car in >10 yrs. Sean Waters was outstanding and I would highly recommend him. We bought a 3-yr-old certified pre-owned Infiniti M37. He answered every question. We were surprised to learn that this dealership does not negotiate on the price of pre-owned certified vehicles, as their advertised price includes a discount. Based on our research, the price we paid for the car was a fair price. Surprisingly, every blemish we found on the car (a couple of minor scratches, one small ding and scraped metal on one wheel), was repaired free of charge and before we took possession of the car. What impressed me the most was, after we bought the car and took it home, that night I noticed another small ding that we hadn't seen before we bought it. The next day I called Sean and, even though he had no obligation to do this, he told me to bring the car back to them and they would take care of it. Although it's 3 years old, the M37 looks BRAND NEW, thanks to the fact that every blemish was repaired. My cousin also bought a car from Sean and that's who recommended Sean to me. I highly recommend this dealership and Sean Waters in particular. More

I was thoroughly satisfied with my vehicle as well as the no haggle pricing that they provided. I have shopped around for weeks looking for the right car at the right price and I was able to find exactly what I wanted at Infiniti of Gwinnett. Terrence was a true professional. He even took me to the BMW dealership to have the service records provided on the car I was buying. I will recommend Terrence and Infiniti of Gwinnett to anyone who hates the back and forth and would rather deal with a knowledgeable pressure free Salesman. Thanks guys! Eric More

I have been looking for an Infiniti G37 for serveral weeks going to mutiple dealers trying to get the best value for the amount of money I was willing to spend and even though the dealers would have goo weeks going to mutiple dealers trying to get the best value for the amount of money I was willing to spend and even though the dealers would have good value either the car was not in quality shape or I did not get a feeling I would be supported after the sale. I decided to try Gwinnett Infiniti as last resort, I called and setup a time with Terrence Lanham and he was very accomodating with my schedule. He immediately ascertained my needs and provided several options and explained the pros and cons associated with each car choice also they were very fair with my trade-in. I decided that day to buy the car and since that day I constantly get a pro-customer experience as the dealership goes to no ends to ensure I have a positive experience. More

We had previously visited several other dealerships as we investigated and narrowed our choice of vehicles, and generally our experiences were not very positive - we routinely encountered overly aggressive salespersons from the moment we pulled in. Our experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was very different, in large part due to Sean. He was matter-of-fact, informative and very knowledgeable, but as importantly, he was polite, patient and respectful of our space and our desire to make sure we were making the right decision. We never felt pressured for a moment by Sean, and other salespersons would do well to follow this example, particularly in the luxury market. Sean made our car-buying experience much more pleasant than we expected, and we are very appreciate. More
