No haggle price? Salesman was unwilling to come off price 1 red cent even though the price of the vehicle was about $800 above KBB. You better negotiate with this dealership prior to driving any distance to check out a used vehicle. Other than that, the salesman was very courteous. Never been to a dealership that was completely unwilling to negotiate. I would have bought the truck at the slightest willingness to negotiate on their part. Don was the salesman and he was friendly,helpful and nice. Maybe his hands were tied. We were less than 2 Grand from making a deal. I was very disappointed in lack of negotiation. My salesperson Sean Waters was knowledgeable about the car & answered all of my questions with out putting the hard sell on me. My last car was a BMW & Global Imports was my Dealer. Well Infiniti of Gwinett knows customer service & BMW should take note. I would reccomend these guys to my friends. The finance part of the deal was a riot. Goran Cisic in finance was a joy to work with. We sat and chatted like old friends. Thats the way Infiniti of Gwinett made me feel like old friends. I'll be back for another Infiniti. More

Sean was clear and patient with answering all questions about the car, and he let me look at other cars to make sure that this was the right purchase for me. When it came to "negotiations" (Gwinnett's prices are firm), Sean was honest and straight-forward with the numbers; I never felt like we were being mislead or cheated as is often the case at other dealerships. Sean is an all around great guy, and I would definitely recommend seeing him if in the market for an Infiniti! More

I explained to Sean what I was looking for and he showed me several options that met my needs. He took the time to do further research and found a well priced demo that had everything that I was looking for. Sean asked the right questions and did not apply any high-pressure sales tactics. Typically the least enjoyable part of purchasing a car is dealing with the Finance guy. In this case, Goran was a pleasure. I was in and out in record time. Additionally, I was driving a rental car and live on the opposite side of town. Sean went above and beyond to assist in returning my rental. I would definitely recommend Sean and the dealership to friends and family and would not hesitate to purchase my next car from Sean. If you are in the market for a new Infiniti just ask for Sean and you won't be disappointed. More

I called them several times, and they always say that they are working on it. But actually no one is working on it. After 3 weeks, I called them, then they said the car has been sold. And I called the manager another day, they told me they can't sold me the car. Their attitude is such weird. It seems that they didn't want to sell me the car at all. I would never recommend this dealership to any of my friend. More
Class Act Incredible Service I bought an Infiniti a few months ago. When I bought the car, it was from a state that required a front license plate. Removing the plate left 2 ho I bought an Infiniti a few months ago. When I bought the car, it was from a state that required a front license plate. Removing the plate left 2 holes in the bumper. Sean, the salesman, said to just schedule a time and they would fix the bumper back to stock. Because I live over 2.5 hours away, it took me 6 months to finally have it brought in. I contacted the service department where I spoke to Judson. He took a list of the issue and 3 other things that would be covered under warranty. We scheduled a time to have it serviced on a Saturday. On Friday I received an email from Judson that contained a list of the issues I had, the time we were to meet, driving directions and the company's site as well as Judson's contact info. Arriving at the dealership, there was a man there to guide me in and the moment I stepped out of the car they guided me to Judson's office. We spoke about the issues, and unlike a "shop" or "garage", this is a CUSTOMER SERVICE Center that just happens to fix cars too. Anyhow, Judson was knowledgeable, understood the issues and assured me that they would keep me informed. As I was leaving, the loaner car was already waiting the the A/C on and off I went. About 1.5 hours into my drive, I get a call from Judson explaining what they had already done. I have never had anyone, anywhere work on something so fast. This Service Center is top-notch. They kept me informed and by Monday everything was repaired. Plus, and this is the amazing piece, Judson informed me that he noticed that the car was a little slow to start. Mind you, I didn't notice as I have never had a push-button start car before. So in addition the aforementioned repairs, they reprogrammed my computer AND replaced my battery at no charge. They didn't have to do this. And no other place will give you that kind of service. I would have kept driving and had to replace my own battery at my cost. The reason they know this is he says they see hundreds of cars a week, so they know the issues and how to resolve them. Judson is professional, personal and genuinely cares about people. The technicians are smart and knowledgeable and this allows the dealership to be top in the class. More
EXCELLENT Customer Service Defines this Dealership and Staff A few months I was in the market from a vehicle. I called a few dealerships because what I was looking for was not a common combination (color, options etc.) I received an email from Sean and scheduled a visit for that same evening. Upon arriving I was greeted at the door and then was introduced to Sean. We completed the test drive and I decided to purchase the vehicle. Usually that's the end of the story, but because my credit was less that stellar it was not. Sean went the EXTRA MILE and worked with me for 3 hours to get the approval (He, the credit manager and 2 other employees all stayed 2.5 hours AFTER they were scheduled to get off) As anyone knows the last thing you really want to do is to stay extra hours. My car (because it was used) only had one key. Sean took the time to find a spare one, have the actual key cut and have the fob reprogrammed. That was a $400 value right there. He also supplied me with a cargo net that was missing to my home address after the sale. Not too many people really care after the sale; Sean does. When I bought the car and it had the front license holder (not needed in GA) that caused 2 holes. He said they would fix it no charge and it is being fixed right now as we speak. If you want a dealership that cares about the customer and is in it for the long haul, I would HIGHLY recommend Infiniti of Gwinett. No question, when I get another Infiniti, it will be with them. After we finished the deal, I was emailed several times to make sure I was happy and satisfied. More
I contacted Sean to purchase a CPO G37. I had never purchased a car via an internet sales division, but I felt incredibly comfortable with Sean after speaking with him and as a result, had an easy, str purchased a car via an internet sales division, but I felt incredibly comfortable with Sean after speaking with him and as a result, had an easy, stress free buying experience. Sean answered all of my questions immediately with easy explanations and it made me feel at ease. I didn't experience any “selling pressure” that you can encounter at “those other dealers.” Sean had the car I liked ready and waiting for me when I had arrived at the dealership. We took it for a test drive and then I was ready to close the deal. He had all of the paperwork ready and I was able to sign the documents and be done in about an hour. There was no pressure to up sell me - he understood exactly what I wanted and executed on it. I was concerned about some scratches and Sean had them taken care of immediately and it came back in impeccable shape. My only concern was easily handled and solved. Sean is exactly what car dealerships need - a no pressure way to relate with customers and makes car buying “just about the cars”. We love, love, love the CPO G37x we bought and are seriously considering going back to Sean for an SUV. I am beyond impressed with Sean’s professionalism, attentiveness, and solutions for us. More
