We were very pleasantly surprised to find that Richard Ball would be our salesman again. In 2005, he sold us a used 2004 Infiniti QX56. He provided excellent service back then and again for our most recent purchase. He arranged a very fair trade-in amount for this vehicle although it has a whopping 330,000 miles. What a great vehicle he sold us 11 years ago! And now, another great purchase experience with Richard. Richard is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He ensured we got a QX56 loaner vehicle while the dealership did some touch up work on our vehicle before they officially delivered it to us. They went above and beyond to ensure our 2011 Infiniti QX56 looked brand new when we picked it up. We look forward to working with Richard a third time when it comes time to trade in this vehicle. I live near Augusta and the vehicle was delivered to me by two very nice gentlemen who gave me every opportunity to inspect the car before I signed the final papers. One of the center caps on the wheel must have come off during transit and the headphones were not in the SUV. Both (brand new) were sent to me promptly. Jay did not do any of the salesperson tricks to persuade me, instead he made the buy process easy and straightforward. Yes, there was no negotiation over the price of the car, but the car was priced well ( I did my research and visited and test drove at some other dealership) in the first place. My overall feeling is that the deal was good and I did not waste any time. More

Fradulenty signed off on pre-owned certification I recently purchased a pre-owned Certified 2012 M37S from Infiniti of Gwinnett. When I took my Infiniti into another Infiniti dealer, I was told by th I recently purchased a pre-owned Certified 2012 M37S from Infiniti of Gwinnett. When I took my Infiniti into another Infiniti dealer, I was told by the service department that my car need numerous services that should have been done during or before the certification process based upon the certification guidelines posted on Infiniti's CPO website. I received this document at the time of sale stating these items were validated. There were numerous items that were signed off that had to be replaced. This included replacing the rear brakes, having to flush power steering fluid, differential fluid, etch... The total cost for these service items exceeds $1000.00. I feel that Infiniti of Gwinnett fraudulently signed off on the Infiniti pre-owned certification. More
