Shady I spent all day situating financing for a vehicle and was prepared to leave my house at 3am tomorrow morning to drive 8 hours to purchase it. Spend 3 I spent all day situating financing for a vehicle and was prepared to leave my house at 3am tomorrow morning to drive 8 hours to purchase it. Spend 3 hours on the phone with the dealership and finance officer and another hour at the bank all to get a call at 615 to hear "sorry we sold your car but we have another car with similar features". Yeah, the similar feature car is missing the $5000 optional package that was the reason i was buying the car in the first place, 10,000 more miles and $1000 more. Terrible experience, unfriendly and deeply unprofessional. More

We just 6 months ago, purchase a brand new SUV that we had to make the difficult decision to trade in for a less expensive vehicle in order to work towards saving money to pay for our son's college. We visited several dealerships and were treated unfairly and looked at like we were crazy, when they heard we were looking to trade in a brand new car. Until, we visited Infiniti of Gwinnett. We were greeted and taken care of with kindness and escorted to meet Ms. Maria Gutierrez. She was the warmest, most wonderfully caring Sales Consultant who looked us in the eye and said "I'm going to take care of you".. and we can confidently say, she really did!! Maria and her Sales manager, Ms. Jana Tahirovic worked absolutely tirelessly to find us the deal we were looking for and stayed long after the dealership closed, to ensure we left in a better financial situation.. They found the color combination we wanted on their lot and saved us the money we needed to save. We are so happy with our new Infiniti and want to tell the world about our experience.
