helped us like family We visited the Atlanta/Gwennett area for shopping,...our clapped out old FX35 died,...we managed to nurse it to the service dept.,...Harvey realized o We visited the Atlanta/Gwennett area for shopping,...our clapped out old FX35 died,...we managed to nurse it to the service dept.,...Harvey realized our miserable situation,...he diagnosed and repaired our FX and got us back on the road in about 110 minutes,...remember, the car was a 2004 and we bought it in Huntsville, AL,...there can only be one reason for them taking care of a couple of oldsters like us,...the folks at Infiniti of Gwinnett are just plain good caring people,...we will buy our next Infiniti over there at Gwennett,...You should too! I can't believe I'm actually driving MY Infiniti G37! What made this experience most pleasurable was MY sales consultant, Maria Gutierrez. I say "MY" because I felt she in my corner. She really put the icing on the cake. She really changes ones perception of most dealership sales consultants. From our initial conversation, to her handing me the keys to my Infiniti baby, I can really say Maria was genuine from beginning to end. She had more faith that I would be approved for my car than I did! I felt like I did business with her before and we were just picking up where we left off. She made me feel very comfortable and put all my gitters at ease. To top it off, finance was a breeze. It was a holiday weekend so once Maria informed me I was approved, I had to return to sign the paperwork. Goran Cisic got me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Maria, you go girl!
